Objectives
The seminar teaches the basics of project management and solid, tried and tested tools for preparing projects. The participant gains insight into the methods, techniques and procedures of project management from the perspective of a project employee. A basic understanding of project management develops and this accelerates the achievement of the ability to work in projects and facilitates cooperation in the project team.
The participants complete the qualification with the "Basic Certificate PM (GPM)".

The contents are compiled according to IPMA-ICB 4.0:
- Project management processes and project processes
- What are the contents of the project initialization phase?
- What is important in cross-disciplinary cooperation in the project?
- What does the project environment mean? What are stakeholders?
- What are the project goals? What does the project not achieve?
- What is a project risk? How can it be treated?
- What is the point of phase planning in the project?
- What is the significance of milestones? What happens there?
- What is a project structure plan? How is it applied?
- What does a work package description look like? How do I create it?
- How do I agree a work package with the project manager?
- How do I create a detailed schedule?
- What is essential for resource and cost planning?
- How can I constructively and analytically incorporate QM into the project plan?
- How can I "control" my project? How do I deal with changes?
